This week we presented Georgia with a "personalized" bag of coffee. That not only honors her for "Women's Day", but also is a recognition for the 10 years of partnership and friendship between Pilar Farm and Lucca Special Coffees. So this gift, also ends up being for Luiz Octavio and the family, and Lucca.
At that time we began to discover and understand what would be "specialty coffees", even though we have been producing coffee for about 100 years. I myself was in my first year of work at the farm, without ever having had any involvement in the area, including the fact that I drank coffee only with milk ...
And on the history of the gift, the influence of this relationship, helped us arrive in this micolot of a single sack, which marks a breakthrough in several ways, as for example; form of processing and quality, besides being the first harvest of our first field of the variety Obatã.
This form of processing developed in this 17-18 crop, produced the "Pillar Creatures", and Georgia helped us a lot, as she proved countless samples and was guiding us..
Then we dedicate to her this bag as being the "Georgia Creature".
