It was a surprise to Georgia, since she had never tasted a coffee with such intensity, sweetness and acidity, of the well-known region of the Northern Pioneer of Paraná. Luiz Roberto says that it took him 6 years to develop the process, which led him to the first place in the contest.
This year, Georgia garanteed half a bag of the most amazing coffee tasted in the Northern Pioneer of Paraná. It was the 1st Place of an Obatã Peeled Cherry, produced by Luiz Roberto Saldanha Rodrgues, of the California Farm.
