Carolina visited the property of friend and producer, Luiz Paulo Pereira Dias, with the intention of choosing a special coffee to present in the Brazilian Brewers Championship. After proving many of the region's alternative and innovative coffee plantations, together with Luiz Paulo, Carolina defined the coffee. A blend of Yellow and Red Bourbon.
It was at this visit to the Pereira Sisters Farm, in the Region of Mantiqueira de Minas, that Carolina defined the process for her champion coffee, along with the producer and friend Luiz Paulo Pereira Dias, for the Brazilian Brewers Championship.
