Marco Cravo and the Pilar Farm already have a long history together in the world of specialty coffees. This year Marco accompanied us in a commented tasting of a series of washed microlots. A landmark experience for our customers who already knew the characteristics of peeled cherry coffees, which are the vocation of the region. Marco presented the new structure to prepare washed lots, a series of reinforced concrete fermentation tanks. It was very interesting, and there are never limits to innovations.
