THE BEST MICROLOTS IN BRAZIL
Every year, we search for the best specialty coffee microlots of each harvest. We go personally to the farms to choose the coffee lots. This year we have more than thirty labels, from the most diverse Brazilian regions.
From the harvest to the cup. Producers talking to Coffee Lovers. A two-way street that connects the farms to Lucca, where everyone meets.

IN THE THRESHOLD OF THE 4th WAVE?
This amazzing privilege is in our hands.Direct Trade is so easy and natural for us. Producers have never been so close to customers before.
DIRECT TRADE
We speak the same language as the producers. We live in the same country. We can easily take road trip to producing regions. We can receive microlots by a shipping company within a few days. How many roasters in the world wouldn´t love this condition?
GETTING TO KNOW THE COSTUMERS
For more than 15 years, we have lived intensely an exchange relationship with our friends and clients. Through courses and workshops we transmit the concept of the specialty coffee world. On the other hand, coffee lovers tell us about their preferences and their experiences with coffee.
THAT’S HOW THE 4th WAVE STARTS
Only in a country like Brazil, with its prodigious nature, with a formidable amount of microclimates, as well as high-level agriculture, we get coffee with the diversity and quality like no other place in the world. Being so close to this environment, it is natural to exchange experiences with the producers to determine the processes and methods to obtain the coffee profiles that our customers are looking for. This experience exchange that begins in the harvest, goes to the final consumer and then back to the farm, makes the ascending spiral of quality more and more intense.
